Job summary

Bosch in the USA seeks a Manufacturing Engineer - Process Planner to own and optimize assigned manufacturing processes. You will develop deep process knowledge and drive long-term technical excellence with a focus on safety, quality, and cost reduction.

You will lead investigations, implement data-driven improvements, and create standards, PFMEAs, and control plans to ensure reliable, competitive production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical improvement projects.
• Databricks or similar querying analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned manufacturing processes and define robust process standards.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Improve cycle time, capability, yield, and equipment utilization.
• Develop PFMEAs, control plans, and technical documentation.
