Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own and optimize the performance of assigned manufacturing lines. You will drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost by using data-driven methods and coordinating with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Controls.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, and a strong background in Lean/Six Sigma, APQP, and PFMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of three years in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, or structured problem-solving.
• Knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, and Control Plans required.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own daily performance of manufacturing lines, including safety and quality metrics.
• Identify and implement improvements to safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Lead data-driven problem solving (PDCA, 5 Why, Six Sigma) to root causes.
• Analyze production data to prioritize work and drive continuous improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard work, process specs, and documentation.
