Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Process Group Manufacturing Engineer to own key manufacturing processes and drive long‑term technical excellence. You will lead root‑cause investigations, optimize processes, and implement new technologies to maintain capable, reliable, and competitive production.

You will collaborate with Line Planners, Operations, Maintenance, and Quality to develop standards, PFMEAs, and validation plans, while contributing to safety and cost improvements across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience leading technical improvement projects.
• Databricks or similar querying/analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned manufacturing processes and define standards.
• Lead investigations using 8D, A3, DOE, SPC, PFMEA.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and cost improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and control plans.
• Validate new equipment, tooling, and manufacturing tech.
• Coach and share best practices with lines and maintenance.
