Qualifications

• Bachelor level technical degree required in related field.
• 3-7 years of manufacturing/production engineering experience.
• Experience with automated high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily technical performance of assigned production lines.
• Monitor machine status, flow, and KPIs; communicate risks.
• Lead escalation of safety, quality, delivery, and equipment issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Process).
• Verify corrective actions and sustain standardized work.
• Support launch activities and production readiness.
