Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze process data to assess capability, monitor trends, and drive manufacturing excellence.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using data-driven methods.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage process improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Oversee all aspects of capital equipment introduction including financial justification, design, procurement, qualification, and training documentation.
• Support transfer of new cabling technologies, materials, and processes from development to production; ensure repeatability and completeness of all production and maintenance documentation.
• Partner with operators, maintenance, and engineering teams to develop and implement process, equipment, and safety improvements.
