Qualifications

• Should have a minimum of five years of manufacturing/industrial-related experience.
• Experience with manufacturing methods, cost reduction, and process improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new or modified manufacturing methods to reduce production costs and improve efficiency.
• Investigate and analyze production methods, processes, and operations to determine modifications to increase production and reduce costs.
• Observe and analyze high scrap or rework operations and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and submit manufacturing cost estimates and substantiating data for review and approval.
• Direct and instruct subordinate processing personnel in processing changes.
• Prepare and submit operating procedures and plans to interface with customers on specialized jobs.
• Abide by all facility safety guidelines and quality procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
