Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949.
• Experience with PFMEA, control plans, process mapping, and work instructions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvements using FPY, COPQ, and PPM metrics.
• Support Operations and Engineering to achieve quality goals.
• Contain non-conforming parts and finished products as required.
• Perform Gage R&R and MSA.
• Investigate problems with root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, A3).
• Conduct process audits and statistical analysis for trends.
