Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to drive standard machine settings, lead continuous improvement projects, and support equipment upgrades in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with production, maintenance, suppliers, and contractors to ensure reliable operations and effective project execution. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least two years in high-speed production, with strong knowledge of manufacturing

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Process, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-speed production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, machine reliability, materials, equipment, and maintenance workflows.
• Experience with project management, problem solving, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support manufacturing performance by implementing machine standard settings.
• Lead and assist with continuous improvement efforts.
• Support equipment upgrades, process changes, troubleshooting activities, and technical manufacturing projects.
• Partner with production, maintenance, suppliers, and contractors to support equipment reliability and project execution.
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve technical capability and manufacturing performance.
