Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager in Collegeville, PA to lead Mechanical Engineering, oversee design, manufacturing support, and new product development. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering is required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related Engineering Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SolidWorks and DriveWorks.
• Proven expertise with IRC/IBC welding codes and structural calculations.
• Strong cross-functional project management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• ERP experience or implementation is a plus; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide structural calculations, fabrication drawings, pricing and feasibility analysis of custom jobs and modifications.
• Develop production/fabrication drawings based on existing and improved designs.
• Support fabrication through fixturing and process improvement suggestions.
• Assist with BOM accuracy for ERP system and shop floor production.
• Support New Product Manager via reverse engineering and material/process knowledge.
• Provide supplier feasibility for purchasing materials for new products.
• Develop technical product knowledge and document it accordingly.
• Oversee modernization of installation instructions and ensure Configurator functionality.
• Cross-train team members to become SMEs on Configurator.
