Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and optimize plastic molding processes, ensure standards across shifts, and support tooling development.

You will lead process improvements, analyze failures, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing stages. The role requires a BS in a technical field with 3–5 years of experience in plastic processing plus 5–7 years overall, familiarity with mold sampling, and experience with SEPRO robots.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in a technical field with 3–5 years of experience in plastic processing or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in plastic processing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize process parameters for Decoupled II molding practices and quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and tooling through the development cycle and mold sampling.
• Participate in Tool Design Reviews and recommend improvements to optimize molding, setup and production.
