Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing facility with lean manufacturing exposure.
• Proficient with AutoCad, Creo/CATIA and MS Office; able to lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Drives continuous improvement principles throughout the machine shop.
• Provides day-to-day manufacturing process support to production teams.
• Ensures safety, quality, delivery, and cost through resources and standard work development.
• Develops manufacturing processes to meet goals and supports new product introductions.
• Leads Kaizen events and manages capital projects for new manufacturing technology.
