Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing associates to meet daily targets.
• Lead process improvement projects and track productivity.
• Support New Product Development in Manufacturing Operations.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and routings.
• Apply lean principles and drive continuous improvement events.
• Develop OEE metrics for critical equipment and justify capital projects.
• Act as project manager on complex initiatives.
