Job summary

TalenTier is seeking an aerospace/mechanical engineer to design fixturing, tooling, and CNC programs for turbine components, onsite in Carson City, NV. You will work with operations, quality, and engineering teams to deliver precise, efficient manufacturing solutions.

Required 2+ years in aerospace or industrial gas turbine design, with Siemens NX CAD/CAM experience and multi-axis milling/grinding skills. Relocation assistance is offered, and a focus on Lean principles will drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering experience in aerospace or industrial gas turbine mechanical design.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD Modeling and CAM Programming (Siemens NX preferred).
• Multi-Axis Milling and Grinding experience (Okuma a plus).
• Strong project management skills and Lean/CI mindset.
• A collaborative spirit and a track record of delivering results in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Bonus: familiarity with FAA PMA/RS-DER guidelines.

Responsibilities
