Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations in a long‑standing, stability‑driven environment. The role emphasizes equipment optimization, process improvements, troubleshooting, and supporting new product development in a fast‑paced setting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years’ manufacturing experience, with proficiency in PLCs, HMIs, Motors, drives, SolidWorks, and GD&T.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with motors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support equipment installation, validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Design tooling and fixtures to support production.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new products.
• Create work instructions, SOPs, and other process documentation.
• Train production teams on equipment operation and best practices.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
