Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking an associate to support plant operations by implementing and sustaining business processes, reconciling SAP transactions, and analyzing ongoing workflows. The role focuses on reducing errors, monitoring processes, and ensuring timely, accurate paperwork and inventory control.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in manufacturing, strong Excel/Word skills, and prior ERP/SAP exposure.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word proficiency required.
• ERP or SAP experience (2 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing implementation and ongoing support of new and existing plant operations business processes.
• Reconciliation of SAP transactions on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis by department.
• Identify root cause of transaction errors and document areas for potential improvement.
• Monitor, analyze, and record processes by department including label printing and tracking.
• Proactively find solutions for unfinished orders, documentation gaps, and inventory levels.
• Reconcile background warehouse movement (WM) in a timely manner.
