Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking an Account Clerk to support the plant with organized, accurate financial documentation and proactive clerical work. You will assist the finance team with accounts payable, asset records, and end-of-period tasks, while delivering reliable service to vendors and internal teams.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in accounting or 2+ years of accounting experience, knowledge of GAAP, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel emphasized.
• Experience in Manufacturing and SAP software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounting and Clerical Support – provide accurate and timely support to finance team and digitize paperwork.
• Support Accounts Payable activities – monitor reports for invoicing accuracy and charges.
• Maintain accurate fixed asset records – conduct annual asset inventory and capitalization/retirement.
• Other related tasks and duties as needed.
