Job summary

Link Snacks in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support role to implement and support plant operations processes, including daily SAP reconciliation and ongoing process monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in manufacturing, strong Excel/Word skills, and experience with ERP/SAP. Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, improving workflows, and upholding GMP/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• ERP or SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and inventory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and supporting plant operations processes.
• Reconcile SAP transactions daily, weekly, and by department.
• Identify root causes of transaction errors and document improvements.
• Monitor and record processes including label printing and tracking.
• Improve accuracy by reconciling warehouse movements.
• Support risk mitigation for potential system failures.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/OSHA and safety guidelines.
