Job summary

Link Snacks in Wisconsin’s North Woods is seeking a Plant Operations Analyst to support growing manufacturing processes. You will reconcile SAP transactions daily, identify root causes of errors, monitor labeling and inventory, and help secure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements include 1–2 years in manufacturing and proficiency with Excel and Word; ERP or SAP experience is a plus. You should communicate clearly, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across shifts

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• ERP or SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing implementation and ongoing support of plant operations processes
• Reconcile SAP transactions daily, weekly, and by department
• Identify root causes of transaction errors and document improvements
• Monitor and document processes including label printing and inventory
• Proactively resolve unfinished orders, documentation gaps, and inventory issues
• Ensure accuracy by reconciling plant floor paperwork with SAP transactions
• Support compliance with GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and SSOPs
