- Bachelor-level engineering degree required.
- 5+ years in quality engineering or supplier quality roles recommended.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Six Sigma/Lean principles.
- Experience with PFMEA, APQP, and supplier quality programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Manage nonconformances and NCR closures.
- Drive containment and quality improvements on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement actions.
- Participate in design reviews to improve manufacturability and quality.
