Job summary

Arkema Inc. seeks a North America Controller to serve as the finance business partner for Dalton, GA, Greenville, SC, and related sites, with remote responsibilities for several plants.

You will oversee plant conversion costs, inventory valuation, and monthly close, coordinating budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses across multiple sites. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, experience with SAP, KPI and cost analysis, and the ability to mentor manufacturing staff while ensuring

Qualifications

• BS in accounting or finance with at least 3 years in industry or public accounting
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial analysis
• Proficient in SAP and financial modeling techniques

Responsibilities

• Lead plant level financial partnership and drive decision making at the leadership level
• Coordinate plant budgets, forecasts, cost allocations and headcount planning
• Manage month-end close, governance, and internal controls compliance
• Prepare and present monthly financial results to BU and corporate Finance
• Support external/internal audits and mentor site staff on accounting concepts
