Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality expected.
• Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask under deadline pressure.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for approximately 500 associates.
• Maintain Kronos time-keeping system.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and respond to questions.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality records for plant associates.
• Produce analytical reports for plant management.
