Job summary

The Pivot Group Network seeks a Payroll Specialist to join manufacturing-focused teams in Norton Shores, MI. You will process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensure accurate wages and deductions, and handle payroll tax filings and benefits administration.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of payroll experience (preferably in manufacturing) and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar systems; familiarity with Kronos/UKG Ready is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience managing payroll for 500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Administer and reconcile payroll benefits (health, 401k, FSA).
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings (federal, state, local).
• Maintain payroll records and HRIS data; respond to inquiries.
