Toyota Material Handling North America seeks a Paint Department Supervisor to lead the Paint team on-site in East Chicago, IN. You will partner across departments to shape strategy, drive improvements, and ensure smooth operations in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s in Operations Management or equivalent, and strong communication with senior stakeholders. 6:30 am–3:00 pm, weekdays, with some weekends may apply.

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and drive the Paint Department. • Wage - $65,440 to 83,895 annually
