Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Operations Technology Manager to lead the OT environment for multiple plants.

You will drive governance, cybersecurity, and lifecycle management of OT systems including PLCs and Rockwell platforms, ensuring secure, reliable 24/7 manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include defining architecture standards, coordinating with Operations, IT, and Engineering, and guiding cross-functional teams through capital projects and equipment deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering/computer field with 5+ years of OT leadership experience.
Experience with governance, lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination in OT environments.
Knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), PLCs, and Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley platforms.
Understanding OT cybersecurity principles and industry frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
Ability to travel 30%–50% for site support.

Responsibilities

Lead OT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management across facilities.
Define OT architecture standards and technology roadmaps.
Oversee OT infrastructure lifecycle, obsolescence, and capacity planning.
Direct OT change management, documentation, and support processes.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, and project teams on capital initiatives.
