Rockline Industries seeks a Manufacturing OT Manager to lead the OT environment across multiple facilities, directing governance, cybersecurity, and lifecycle management. You will partner with Operations, IT, Engineering and site leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable industrial technology that supports 24/7 operations.

The role requires a strong background in OT governance, ICS/PLC platforms, and Rockwell/AB systems, with travel 30–50% to support sites and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Control System Engineering, or Computer Science with 5+ years of experience.
• Leadership of OT systems including governance, standards, lifecycle and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with ICS, PLCs, and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley platforms.
• Knowledge of OT network architecture, protocols, and deployment.
• OT cybersecurity principles and industry frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISA-88, ISA-95).
• Experience in governance, disaster recovery, backup strategies, and change management.
• Ability to read instrumentation diagrams and network schematics; travel 30–50%.
• Experience with OT governance and monitoring tools for performance.
