Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Operations Technology Manager to lead the OT strategy across multiple manufacturing sites.

You will drive governance, cybersecurity, and lifecycle management of industrial systems while partnering with Operations, Engineering, IT, and site leadership to deliver scalable, reliable digital manufacturing solutions. The role requires 5+ years in OT, strong leadership, and familiarity with Rockwell and MES/SCADA environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Control System Engineering, or Computer Science with 5+ years of relevant OT experience.
• Experience owning OT governance, standards, lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS), PLCs, and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley platforms.
• Knowledge of OT network architecture, industrial protocols, and OT cybersecurity principles (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
• Experience developing OT governance processes, change management, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
• Ability to read instrumentation diagrams and network schematics.
• Ability to travel 30%-50%.

Responsibilities

• Establish OT standards, cybersecurity controls, access management, risk assessments, and disaster recovery for secure manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain OT architecture standards, network specs, and technology roadmaps.
• Oversee OT lifecycle planning, obsolescence, capital forecasting, system performance, and continuous improvement to maximize uptime.
• Govern system upgrades, patching, documentation, inventories, support processes, and ownership models for stable OT operations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, IT, and project teams on capital projects and new equipment implementation.
