Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex company, is seeking an Operations Technology Specialist to guide the technical direction of digital solutions across our manufacturing facilities. You will empower frontline workers with the right data and tools to work smarter, faster, and safer.

You will lead the design and implementation of MES and SCADA applications, collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT, and ensure governance and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or 3 years of relevant production software support experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading through influence in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining business-critical production applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level technical design and align with architecture to implement scalable applications.
• Mentor engineers and promote modern best practices and operational excellence.
• Define requirements with digital owners and coordinate execution across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure governance, standards, and alignment with AQP validation requirements.
• Leverage GenAI to accelerate development and improve efficiency.
• Ensure solutions meet governance and enterprise architecture standards.
