Job summary

Phillips Medisize is seeking an Operations Technology Specialist to guide the technical direction of MES/SCADA solutions across manufacturing facilities. You will collaborate with digital architects, production leads, and engineers to deliver scalable, reliable digital manufacturing applications that empower frontline workers with the right data and tools.

You will lead with hands-on guidance, drive governance and architecture alignment, and accelerate development using GenAI.

Qualifications

CS/IS degree or 3+ years of relevant database development/support experience.
Experience leading design discussions and influencing architectural decisions.
Experience with application development and database environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design from the site and partner with architecture to implement scalable applications.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to engineering peers.
Define requirements with stakeholders and coordinate execution across multiple workstreams/sites.
Partner with platform owners, digital/IT, and quality teams to implement governance and handle escalated exceptions.
Leverage GenAI technologies to accelerate solution development and improve engineering efficiency.
Drive software quality and maintainability through reviews, standards enforcement, and risk management.
Ensure adherence to governance and architecture standards across digital manufacturing.
Lead knowledge-sharing sessions across regional and global facilities.
