Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks an Order Processor (Data Entry) to review customer and estimator orders for accuracy and completeness, create and close Manufacturing Orders across multiple locations, and coordinate corrections with Customer Service and Estimating teams.

The role includes organizing shop packets, monitoring status boards, maintaining filing systems, and supporting inventory and month-end procedures to ensure smooth production and shipping operations.

Qualifications

• Able to electronically document M.O. requirements in Powerlink and create customer files with accurate information.
• Ability to communicate with Customer Service, EM Estimators, Supervisors, and Plant Managers by phone and email.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy of all orders.

Responsibilities

• Create Manufacturing Orders for EM Warehouses and manage shop packets.
• Close out Manufacturing Orders after production and shipping.
• Monitor Order status boards and update plant Supervisors on order progress.
• Assist with month-end procedures and inventory activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager and Inventory Control.
