Job summary

Saelens LLC is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Johnson Creek, WI team. You will manage customer accounts, oversee order fulfillment, and coordinate with Production, Shipping, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement in service levels within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service, account management, or inside sales experience.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or technical customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Enter, monitor, and manage customer orders to ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, lead times, and potential delays.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Shipping, Purchasing, and Quality teams to support customer needs.
• Process returns, credits, and related customer documentation.
• Issue warehouse picks and communicate priority or expedited order requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, and service issues.
