Blue Origin LLC in the Greater Seattle area seeks a Manufacturing Optimization lead to design and implement efficient manufacturing systems, ensure strict quality control, and optimize production logistics. You will drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, time studies, and value-stream improvements across facilities.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, and experience in manufacturing environments, preferably aerospace, with collaboration across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Operations Research, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering degree.
• Strong analytic skill set and data mining proficiency.
• Excellent Excel and manual data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing-related Projects and Production Scheduling initiatives.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process mapping to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce costs and improve timelines.
• Support capacity and resource planning, and conduct time studies.
