Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a proactive Manufacturing Operations lead to design and implement efficient systems across Production/Operations. You will drive scheduling, capacity planning, and cost evaluations while aligning cross-functional teams to push for continuous improvement.

You will apply advanced data analytics to improve production timelines, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality standards in aerospace manufacturing.

Qualifications

• BS in relevant engineering degree.
• Strong analytic skill set and proficiency in data mining.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to earn trust and foster inclusion.
• U.S. citizen or eligible for work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing-related projects including scheduling, constraints, budgets, forecasts, and value analysis.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical methods to optimize processes.
• Improve operations planning, capacity, and capital planning.
• Design and optimize manufacturing and supply chain systems across Blue Origin facilities.
