Job summary

Anduril Industries in Ashville, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead a team of technicians in producing multiple hardware platforms for strategic military and commercial customers.

You will drive frontline operations, safety, and quality, delivering on-time performance while mentoring staff and coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams. A 3-month training at Costa Mesa is required with housing and transportation provided.

Qualifications

7+ years in production-oriented or electro-mechanical fields with 3+ years in a supervisor/production operations lead role.
Experience with ERP and MES systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee production operations and delivery of hardware for multiple platforms.
Prioritize work and manage daily operations to meet on-time delivery goals.
Ensure safety procedures and training are current; document incidents and drive improvements.
Coach and mentor production technicians and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and quality.
Provide weekly progress reports and daily pass-downs to engineering and operations teams.
