Qualifications

7+ years in production-oriented or electro-mechanical roles, with 3+ years in a supervisor or lead role.
Experience with ERP and MES systems.
Strong understanding of LEAN manufacturing and ECO/change management.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions.
Experience collaborating with designers and engineers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage production technicians and production line priorities to meet delivery goals.
Direct daily operations and issue work orders to the floor.
Ensure safety procedures are followed and incidents are documented.
Coach and develop production staff and foster a high-performance culture.
Provide weekly progress reports to management and cross-functional teams.
Lead continuous improvement activities and 5S initiatives.
