Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a seasoned leader to drive operational readiness and startup of the Denton manufacturing site. You will guide commercialization efforts, build capabilities, and lead cross-functional governance across site workstreams.

With 6–10 years in manufacturing leadership, you will develop workforce strategies, training plans, and organizational buildout while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 6–10 years in manufacturing/operations leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and large projects.
• Experience with operational readiness and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to drive excellence and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness, startup planning, and commercialization at Denton site.
• Support ramp-up of Radioligand Therapy manufacturing site in Denton, TX.
• Drive cross-functional project delivery, governance, and operational integration across site workstreams.
• Build manufacturing capabilities through workforce planning, training, onboarding, and organizational development.
• Lead Manufacturing Operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives.
• Develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Establish systems, processes, and performance metrics that enable successful commercial manufacturing operations.
