Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a senior technical operations leader to oversee transfer, qualification, and lifecycle management for solid-dose manufacturing, including spray-dried dispersions, granulation, and coating. You'll drive process transfers, validation, and lifecycle improvements across partnerships with CMOs at scale.

The role requires 6–8 years in pharma/biotech manufacturing, strong cGMP knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering.
• 6–8 years pharma/biotech experience.
• Experience with commercial drug manufacturing, process validation, and cGMP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transfer, qualification, and lifecycle management for solid-dose operations.
• Manage CMO site performance and assess manufacturing capability.
• Support post-approval changes, deviations, investigations, and compliance readiness.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.
