Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Operations Strategy to lead strategic initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and Product Development (CMC small molecule, large molecule, and gene therapy) within a biopharma setting.

You will analyze cross-functional questions, develop manufacturing network scenarios, assess supply risk, and embed supply continuity into commercial launch plans, while building digital tools for data analysis and decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years in strategy, operations, supply chain, or biotech/pharma settings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with regulated environments and cross-functional collaboration.
