Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Door Plant, Millroom, and Framing departments to meet safety, quality, production, and delivery goals.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to departmental supervisors to drive performance and employee development.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining efficiency and cost objectives.
• Monitor staffing, workflow, and production performance to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and ensure training for assigned work.
