Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand. **Job Description:****Position Summary** The Superintendent is responsible for leading manufacturing operations within the Door Plant, Millroom, and Framing departments to meet production schedules while ensuring quality products are produced in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. This position provides leadership and direction to departmental supervisors and team members, driving operational excellence, workforce development, continuous improvement, and safety compliance. **Responsibilities*** Lead daily operations of the Door Plant, Millroom, and Framing departments to achieve safety, quality, production, and delivery goals.* Provide leadership, coaching, and support to departmental supervisors to drive performance, accountability, and employee development.* Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining efficiency, productivity, and cost objectives.* Monitor staffing, workflow, and production performance to identify and implement improvement opportunities.* Promote and enforce company safety policies and ensure employees are properly trained for their assigned work.* Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues and improve operational performance.* Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to reduce defects, rework, and waste.* Manage departmental performance to achieve budget, labor, and operational targets.* Maintain accurate production records, labor reporting, and departmental documentation.* Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, and employee engagement.* Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, teamwork, and leadership.* Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organization, and workplace efficiency.* Support workforce planning, cross-training, succession planning, and staffing needs. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.* Minimum of 5-8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a high-volume production environment.* Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience managing supervisors, teams, or manufacturing operations.* Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.* Proven ability to drive results while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and employee development.* Experience managing multiple departments, processes, or production areas preferred.* Ability to analyze production data and make sound business decisions.* Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence principles preferred.* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.* Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Key Success Measures** * Safety performance and compliance* Production attainment and schedule adherence* Quality results and defect reduction* Labor efficiency and cost management* Employee engagement and retention* Continuous improvement implementation* Training and workforce development* Departmental housekeeping and organization**Compensation Range:**$74,600.00-117,260.00\\*Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors**Equal Employment Opportunity**MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
