Summary

Performs all duties essential to the Reclaim operation. Performs general daily and weekly maintenance.

Pay Class and Pay

Pay Class: Full Time

Pay: $15.95 - $18.58 per hour

Essential Responsibilities

• Retrieve processed blocks needing to be clean from the ART De‑blockers as needed.
• Properly place a reasonable amount of unprocessed blocks into the reclaim basket located on top of the ultrasonic reclaiming unit for processing (approximately every 12 to 15 minutes).
• Safely remove the cleaned blocks from the ultrasonic unit and place them on the drying rack.
• Sort clean, dry blocks into the appropriate labeled bins.
• Communicate and elevate with peers and principles.
• Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, and overall facility.
• Practice and comply with all requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS), as well as regulations promoting a safe and healthy workplace environment.

Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Experience & Background

One (1) to three (3) years of related manufacturing experience preferred.

Language Skills

Ability to read English in order to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills

General mathematical skills to include basic adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions; general problem‑solving abilities; exhibits sound and accurate judgment and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.

Physical Demands

The physical demands include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds; standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms most of the time; occasional need to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms; moderate noise level; and the ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
