Job summary

Sheridan is hiring a Manufacturing Operator - Sheeter in Minnesota. You’ll be trained to run paper sheeting equipment on the first shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM), full-time with overtime opportunities. You’ll help maintain machine performance, inspect products for quality, and follow safety procedures in a hands-on, team-driven environment.

No experience? No problem—we’ll train you. Minimum requirements: 18+ years old, basic reading skills, and a positive attitude toward learning a trade in print

Qualifications

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Be mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work with a team.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Previous manufacturing experience.
