Job summary

You will follow safety policies, read production schedules, inspect and pack WIP or finished goods, label and box items, and document production data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and related skill trade training; 1-2 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Read production schedule boards and perform work as assigned by shift supervisor.
• Inspect, feed, and/or pack product for WIP or finished product.
• Maintain standard production cycles on nonrobotic molding machines.
• Detect quality defects in molded parts, trim and assemble parts.
• Ensure lot information is printed on each product.
• Build/assemble and label boxes.
• Notify supervisor of safety, quality, mechanical, or material issues.
• Complete production documentation.
• Attend to shift duties with regular attendance and scheduling flexibility.
