Qualifications

  • 6+ months experience operating manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team or alone.
  • Follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Assembles and grinds products such as carbon and stainless steel, or aluminum, using grinders, tables or conveyor systems.
  • Uses hand tools such as wrenches, electric tools, ratchets, saws, presses, drills and tape measures.
  • Monitors output and proper operation of mechanical equipment.
  • Adjusts parts to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Conducts regular inspections of parts produced through measurements.
  • Reads drawings and follows production standards.
  • Ensures that safety and housekeeping standards are met and maintained.
