Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Roanoke is hiring an Operator Manufacturing IV to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production lines. You will perform preventive maintenance, adjust equipment, and ensure products meet quality specs.

You will also lead peers on the line, provide training to new associates, and assist with changeovers and packaging adjustments to support efficient production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor and troubleshoot assigned machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and adjust machine settings to meet specifications.
• Lead peers on the production line and train new associates.
• Manage changeovers and SKU/package size adjustments on the line.
• Assist with unloading/loading and warehouse-related tasks.
