Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking an Operator Manufacturing IV to setup, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. You will inspect parts and adjust tools to meet quality specs, set up production equipment, and lead peers on the line to ensure timely, accurate output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays.
• Strong safety and housekeeping practices.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Pre-operation activities on multiple equipment to ensure startup and operation.
• Operate multiple equipment pieces, monitor operation, perform setup and changes as needed.
• Conduct scheduled quality assurance tests and communicate results to teams.
• Perform housekeeping and sanitations on production equipment.
• Provide training to new associates and lead peers on the line.
• Operate Palletizing machines (2+) and changeover for different SKUs/pack sizes.
• Operate Stretch Wrap and Pallet Tag machines as needed.
• Unload product from Palletizing machines or load into trailers using RF Tablet.
• Scan product during stacking in Warehouse bin locations.
