Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Operator Manufacturing IV for 2nd shift (3pm–1:30am) with weekend work. You will set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Weekend work and some holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment according to procedures.
• Inspect parts and adjust tools to meet quality specs.
• Lead peers on a production line as a peer leader.
• Perform setup/changeover and monitor quality to minimize downtime.
• Unload/load product and handle palletizing and RF tablet tasks.
