Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Sandston is seeking an Operator Manufacturing IV to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. You will inspect parts and adjust tools to maintain quality, and act as a peer leader on the production line.

The role supports a Mon-Fri 2:00p–10:30p schedule with occasional weekend shifts; requires a HS diploma or GED and 1–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience required.
• Weekend work and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• Inspect parts and adjust tools to meet quality specifications.
• Lead peers on production line and train new associates.
• Handle changeovers and load/unload products on palletizing lines.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in a noisy, high-temperature environment.
