Job summary

The Operator Manufacturing III at Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on assigned machines. This role also inspects parts and adjusts tools to meet quality specs while following established procedures and schedules.

Qualified candidates will perform pre-operation activities, manage setup and changeovers, and conduct GMP-aligned quality tests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Monitor machines, troubleshoot as needed, and adjust settings for quality.
• Perform pre-operation checks and changeovers for different SKUs.
• Conduct routine quality tests (GMP) and communicate results to the team.
• Unload/stack product, operate palletizing and related machinery.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping in the area.
