Job summary

The Operator Manufacturing III at Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) Roanoke will set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned production equipment. You will inspect parts, adjust settings, and follow established procedures to ensure accurate, on-time production and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or similar work experience.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• Inspect parts and adjust tool settings to maintain quality specifications.
• Assist with setup and changeovers while following GMP-like procedures.
• Conduct scheduled quality checks and communicate results to team.
• Perform housekeeping and sanitation of production equipment.
• Load/unload product and assist with palletizing as needed.
