Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking an Operator Manufacturing III to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. You will inspect parts, adjust tooling, and support production to meet quality specifications and timelines.

The role requires basic mechanical troubleshooting, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and willingness to work weekends and holidays as per business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in a related role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-operation activities on multiple pieces of equipment to ensure proper startup and operation.
• Operates equipment, performs setup and changeovers, inspects parts and makes adjustments to maintain quality.
• Conducts scheduled quality tests following GMP and communicates results to ensure production of correct product.
• Performs housekeeping and sanitations on production equipment.
• Operates palletizing and stretch wrap machinery as needed to support efficiency.
• Unloads/loads product using RF tablet and stacks in warehouse locations.
